What areas do you service?
We are currently servicing Apopka, Sorrento, Zellwood, Plymouth, Tangerine, Mount Dora, Eustis, and Tavares. As we continue to grow and expand our service, we will be adding more cities and zip codes.
Why do I need BIN RESCUERS when I can do it myself?
We use eco-friendly products and only about 4 gallons of 200 degree water. We also collect the debris and water in our trailer system and dispose of it safely. If you do it yourself, you are up close to all of the contaminants, you may not be using environmentally friendly products, the debris will be in your yard or on your driveway, and the nasty water may wash into the storm drain and harm the environment.
Do you use hazardous or harmful chemicals?
No, we do not use anything that would harm our environment. If your bins are extremely dirty, they may need to be cleaned with a biodegradable degreaser that is environmentally friendly. Otherwise, the 200 degree water we use will do the job. Our deodorizer is plant based, safe for the environment, and will make your bins smell fresh and clean.
What do you do with the dirty water?
Since our bin cleaning system is self contained, all of the debris and dirty water goes into a holding tank beneath the hopper. The debris is caught by a filter that we clean daily, and depending where we are when it gets full, we legally dispose of the water at a pre approved site.
Am I locked into a contract?
No, you are not locked into a contract but we do ask you to stay with us for 3 months. If at any time you need to cancel, we would greatly appreciate at least a 30 day notice.
What happens if there is trash in our bins when you arrive?
For our health and safety, we are unable to service your bins if there is trash/recycling materials inside. If it is one, small, clean bag of trash that we can remove while we clean, no big deal, but we prefer them to be completely empty.
Do you ever have coupons, discounts, etc?
Yes, from time to time we will offer coupons and discounts. We will also have contests and referral codes to offer as well. Check our website and social media from time to time.
What days are you closed?
We will be closed Saturdays, Sundays, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving, and the Friday after Thanksgiving, and December 23rd thru January 1st.
What happens if I am out of town or I forget to put my bins out?
We send text reminders the day before and the morning of your scheduled cleaning, but we understand stuff happens. We will get you rescheduled.
What if there is inclement weather?
We use 3 different weather apps and check them throughout the day. If weather interferes with our scheduled visit, we will contact you to reschedule. We appreciate your understanding.
